There is no better way to see if CrossFit for you than our Launch program, this program is designed to introduce complete beginners to the foundational principles of CrossFit training while gradually building strength and endurance. By the end of the program, expect to feel stronger, more energised, and equipped with the knowledge to continue your fitness journey confidently.

Our friendly and knowledgeable coaches will show you around our facility, explain the workout planned for the day, adjust the workout to suit your current ability and show you correct technique so you can work out safely and effectively. The beauty of what we do is that no two days are ever the same, all you need to do is walk through the door and we will show you the rest.

How it works

• Send us your details by completing the sign up form
• One of our coaches will be in contact to answer any questions you have and to get you registered
• We will help you get booked you into your first class
• Arrive a few minutes before class start and one of our coaches will check you in, show you around and answer any questions you may have
